Delete Account Instructions
We are sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your Catch App account and data.

Open the Catch App
Make sure you are logged into the account you want to delete. Account deletion must be requested from inside the app for security.

Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon, then tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner of your profile screen.

Select Account
Scroll down and tap Account. Here you will find options related to your account status and data.

Tap Delete Account
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen. You may be asked to confirm your password or verify your identity.

Confirm Deletion
Read the on-screen information carefully. Once you confirm, your profile, matches, and messages will be permanently removed.
Important
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want a short break, you can temporarily pause your profile from Settings instead.

If you cannot access the app or need us to delete your data manually, email support@catchapp.example with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
